We know that a strong workforce can only be achieved by building strong partnerships with our community, state and regional workforce organizations such as CareerSource Escarosa. CareerSource Escarosa helps both job providers and job seekers. Their training programs and business services team offer our industries many options to be successful in achieving regional workforce goals.
We believe that workforce development starts at a very early age. We partner with the Santa Rosa School District’s Workforce Development department to help create the programs that will produce a highly skilled and trained workforce to meet the needs of our businesses.
